I saw this technique from the BNT YouTube Channel. It's a very popular time management technique based on 25 minute work intervals.

You can use this technique for any task

  1. Choose the task to be done.
  2. Set the timer to 25 min and focus on the task.
  3. Work until the timer rings and put a checkmark on a piece of paper.
  4. Take 5 min break and go to step 2.
  5. Every four checkmarks take a longer break 10 - 20 min.
